U.T.O.C.I.P (pronounced you-toe-kip), widely known as the Union of Terrorist, Organized Crime and Insurgent Protection, is a villainous organization in the Cold War II series predominately present in South Asia except Afghanistan and the Maldives but a strong presence in India, Bangladesh, Pakistan, Nepal, Bhutan and Sri Lanka.

Description

In India, Pakistan and Bangladesh U.T.O.C.I.P is merely involved in Organized crime and is a secret organization but in Nepal, Bhutan and Sri Lanka it is considerably more dangerous compromised of insurgents and terrorists.

The organization has also gained control in Bhutan and Nepal but was overthrown and fled to China. Despite this though Indian members still shelter Bhutanese and Nepalese fighters.

While U.T.O.C.I.P alongside various other organizations does not appear until far later in the Cold War II series, the organization is mentioned as one of many villainous organizations in the world that are hostile to the West alongside the Scandinavian Alliance and not without good reason:

Like some organizations such as the Alliance of Russia and East Europe, the Arab Syndicate to an extent and the Scandinavian Alliance, U.T.O.C.I.P members particularly in India and Sri Lanka have been known to feed the bodies of executed prisoners to carnivorous animals.

The Alliance is also shown to be highly influential and has even attacked the E.I.N psychologically because they have ordered the assassination of Cabinet official Nadeem Janwari. The assassin...Misha Radhakrishnan, an ally of the E.I.N.

Symbols and recognition

When U.T.O.C.I.P took power in 2075 they were recognized by the massive amount of technicals and gun trucks that patrolled the streets, locals also reported fighters patrolling the streets with machine guns but also reported some carrying knives and machetes often dragging locals out into the streets and hacking them to death. Many were also involved in carrying more conventional weaponry or improvised weaponry. Also when it took power it gradually cared less about the people and more about terrorists and insurgents who they treated with great, great respect.

In Bhutan U.T.O.C.I.P fighters as soon as they invaded declared war on the monarchy hacking posters apart and destroying the king's murals. In it's place came a cult of personality around the Bhutanese U.T.O.C.I.P leader Ngawang Palden Dorji but it was a very moderate cult in where Dorji's face was simply shown. U.T.O.C.I.P is probably unique among Asian organizations because its symbols are typically fascist or otherwise Neo-Nazi symbols but its main symbol is shown at the top of the page.

The main symbol associated with U.T.O.C.I.P is of the Hindu god Brahma who is the creator god in Hinduism. The three faces resemble the three principal countries of the Union: India in the middle, Bangladesh on the left and Pakistan on the right. The arms resemble other countries with association to the Union: The far left arm resembles Nepal, the yellow arm resembles Bhutan, the burgundy arm resembles Sri Lanka and the black arm resembles the Union's alliance with Afghanistan. The body resembles the Union's second alliance in the form of the Maldives.
