Tsvetanka Radkova Zhelyaskova is a character from Defenders of Earth. She is a Bulgarian criminal who is a member of the Bulgarian Vixens which is also the Bulgarian branch of the Eastern Vixens, a much larger Slavic criminal organization entirely composed of women and which is engaged in a war with PHANTOM.
She is a twenty seven year old Bulgarian woman who is probably the boldest member of the Bulgarian Vixens: Tsevtanka has pale skin, brown eyes and black way hair and also wears red lipstick. Like other Vixens, Tsvetanka typically wears a black latex catsuit and also mixes her uniform up because instead of black boots Tsvetanka wears red boots that are the same colour as her lips.
As shown in Stranger of the Past, Tsvetanka is one of the most brave members of the Bulgarian Vixens, both on the field and off the field particularly since she is one of the few Vixens to wear make up because of her lips. Alongside her sister Bilyana, she also appears to be braver in the aspect in the sense that even if Bilyana does put her forward to Stanislava, Tsvetanka does not bottle it like a few other Vixens do.
Tsvetanka is first shown at the Falcon Sanctum, the headquarters of the Bulgarian Vixens alongside three other Bulgarian women which are actually her sisters. Once Stanislava Blagoeva enters the house, she and her sisters rise with the other Vixens and place their hands firmly on their hearts to show a greeting to their leader; but their leader is in no mood for respect.
Instead, she decides to get straight down to business and when she does, Tsvetanka is the fourth Vixen who Stanislava sees the loot of alongside Kalina Toncheva, Bogdana Buneva and her sister. After seeing their loot, Stanislava decides to come back to them later and instead turns her attention to another Vixen in the form of Tanya Nakova.
Once Borislava Ilseva reveals her loot in front of Stanislava Blagoeva, Tsvetanka watches as the other Vixens reveal their loot which is said to be enough to bankrupt thirty six businesses; once the Vixens are told about a legendary hoard of gold in the Bulgarian mountains, Tsvetanka is one of the Vixens to lose her composure and start bickering about wanting to steal from the dragon who guards the gold: Firroth.
Ultimately, it is Miroslava Blagoeva who gets the job which causes the other Vixens to restore back to their normal composed selves which is shown even more when the Vixens go up to the mountain to steal from the dragon.
Tsvetanka is first shown at the Falcon Sanctum with the other Vixens who are complaining about being forced undercover however, hopes come up when Stanislava phones another Vixen leader Yevgenia Agrafena who tells Stanislava to tell the other Vixens to go into the dining room where all will be revealed.
Like the other Vixens, Tsvetanka is shown sitting in the same chair that she sat in three months ago when the Vixens stole thousands of money, gold and jewels where she listens to Yevgenia and when she asks Stanislava to choose her own group, Bogomila is one of those Vixens chosen by Stanislava alongside Alexandra Zhivkova, Borislava Ilseva, Grozdana Ruseva, Tanya Nakova, Miroslava Blagoeva, Bogomila Gavrilova, Kalina Toncheva, Bilyana Zhelyaskova and Stanimira Zhelyaskova.
Once the briefing has finished, Tsvetanka is dismissed with the other Vixens to change and get ready to leave Bulgaria either directly or once they have collected the weapons left behind by the Army. An hour passes and Tsvetanka joins the other Vixens in leaving Bulgaria with her particular group leaving immediately from Sofia International Airport; the group's destination becomes Russia and it is also the destination of thousands of other Slavic women who are actually criminals involved with the Eastern Vixens.
